Toques & Clochers - Océanique 2018

Toques & Clochers is a gastronomic wine festival that takes place annually around Limoux and is organized by the Sieur d'Arques cooperative. During this festival, 4 different wines are produced, all of which are 100% Chardonnay, but which taste completely different due to the influences of 4 different climates just 35km apart!

The Océanique vineyards are closest to the Atlantic Ocean and have a fresher climate with lots of minerality. This very fresh wine is ideal as an aperitif!
