Article 12. Privacy

The data controller, Cuvamis, respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 concerning the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

The personal data you provide will only be used for the following purposes: processing orders, sending newsletters, advertising and/or marketing purposes.

You have a legal right to inspect and, if necessary, correct your personal data. By submitting proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain a written statement of your personal data free of charge by sending a dated and signed request to Cuvamis, Stoofstraat 5, 2500 Lier. If necessary, you can also ask to correct data that is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

In case of use of data for direct marketing: You can object free of charge to the use of your data for direct marketing. To do this, you can always contact Cuvamis, info@cuvamis.be.

We treat your data as confidential information and will not pass it on, rent it out or sell it to third parties.

The customer is responsible for keeping their log-in details and the use of their password confidential. Your password is encrypted, so Cuvamis has no access to your password.

Cuvamis keeps online (anonymous) visitor statistics to see which pages of the website are visited to what extent.

Article 13. Use of cookies
