Toques & Clochers is a gastronomic wine festival that takes place annually around Limoux and is organized by the Sieur d'Arques cooperative. During this festival, 4 different wines are produced, all of which are 100% Chardonnay, but which taste completely different due to the influences of 4 different climates just 35km apart!

The Haute Vallée vineyards are located higher on the Pyrenees than the other vineyards where the climate is slightly colder . This wine is slightly fresher than its brothers, which makes it more suitable as an aperitif wine or with lighter fish dishes.
