Beautiful, velvety soft golden yellow white wine with beautiful fruity aromas of peach, pear and grapefruit. It is not only a wonderful accompaniment to salad folle (salad with foie gras and lobster), but certainly also to other lobster and fish dishes such as lotte in béarnaise sauce.

The Autan vineyards get their full character because they are influenced by both the Mediterranean and Atlantic winds and because they are not located too high on the Pyrenees. A nice balance with a full aftertaste.
