Green-yellow white wine with beautiful notes of tropical fruit such as lime, grapefruit, mango and notes of freshly cut herbs. The mouthfeel is balanced and fresh. After the soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation follows and maturation in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Ideal as an aperitif or with seafood (fruits de mer) or with light fish dishes. Also great with poultry and asparagus!
