This very special red wine from Merlot does not meet any international standards. Is that something bad? Certainly not! This gives you very surprising wines.

The very cool microclimate and the hard, quartz-studded slate of this steep slope give this wine an unusual minerality and acid structure. Aromatically it alternates with wild herbs and berries.

Merlot quickly reminds us of Bordeaux, but it leans more towards a Gamay than the typical Merlot we are used to.
