La Piconada - Blanco 2021

When you think of Rioja, you automatically think of red wine, but nothing could be further from the truth!

A white Rioja made from hand-picked and selected grapes from two white grape varieties, chardonnay and white tempranillo. Each matured in different wood for 7 months, the chardonnay (French oak) and the white tempranillo (American oak).
This gives this white wine expressive aromas of exotic fruit, vanilla and biscuit on a floral background.
An intense nose, yet fine and elegant!

This wine is the first vintage of its kind, bottled in the summer of 2021 and now available for the first time.
